All the construction works of the hotel are made by the outstanding Golloborda craftsmen (from Dibra). Concerning the hospitality of Tirana, he cared for the white facade “harasoni”, adorned with grass, bringing to mind the old style of the streets of this beautiful city.

Hotel Victoria’s internal facilities are materialized with the work of outstanding carpenters in Tirana. They have personalized with their hands every wooden detail according to the authenticity of this object.
Here are exhibited works by famous painter Ibrahim Kodra. Were donated to the Hotel, at a time when he was a friend and visitor.
